JOB TITLE: MP&P Technical Analyst 2
LOCATION: Tukwila, WA
PAY RATE: $33.25/hour

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
Perform tool preparation, prepreg lay-up, bonding, machining, and assembly tasks
Conduct mechanical testing and document results, including photography of processes and outcomes
Operate a variety of hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments
Read and follow visual aids, work instructions, and process specifications
Collaborate with team members to meet project goals and timelines
Support team communication and coordination across daily activities
Participate in process improvement initiatives and lean best practices
Requirements:
Experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), including basic troubleshooting
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and detailed work instructions
Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and adapt
Commitment to following engineering standards and safety requirements
Trade school experience or current enrollment preferred
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with prepreg lay-up, mechanical testing, assembly, and/or machining
Familiarity with composite materials or structural bonding processes
