What You’ll Do

As an Accounts Payable Specialist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Processing accounts payable and related financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency

• Supporting accounting, estimating, cost analysis, tax, and other business objectives through financial data management

• Reviewing transactions to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures

• Assisting with accounts receivable, travel accounting, payroll, and disbursement controls as needed

• Preparing financial documents and reports

• Performing basic reconciliations and investigating discrepancies

• Coordinating with employees, suppliers, customers, and internal departments to resolve payment or invoice issues

• Helping maintain organized financial records and documentation

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum of 4 years of related accounting, accounts payable, or finance experience

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

• Experience processing financial transactions and reconciling accounts

• Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners

• Proficiency with standard office and accounting systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in aerospace, aviation, manufacturing, or other complex industries

• Knowledge of compliance controls and financial reporting processes

• Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a high-volume environment

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
