PAY RATE: $55-56/hour

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

    Assemble, install, seal, rig, and inspect precision structural and system components

    Perform functional testing and make necessary adjustments to ensure proper fit and operation

    Interpret and utilize information from prints, charts, sketches, work instructions, and electronic systems

    Apply shop mathematics and use precision measuring and test instruments

    Utilize tooling to assemble components into sub-assemblies and final assemblies

    Verify all work meets engineering specifications and quality requirements; identify and report discrepancies

    Ensure tools and equipment are properly certified and maintained

    Perform basic Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM), including:

      Replacing filters

      Maintaining lubrication/coolant levels

      Minor equipment upkeep

    Move products within the work area and complete required system transactions

    Maintain production schedules and support workflow continuity

    Train and assist team members across classification levels

    Support and participate in cross-training, including inspection qualification (SIA)

Requirements:

    11+ years of experience in structural assembly, aerospace manufacturing, or related field

    Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions

    Experience using precision measuring tools and test equipment

    Knowledge of shop mathematics and manufacturing processes

    Structural assembly and installation

    Sealing operations

    Sub-assembly integration

    Doors installation

    Integral fuel cell sealing

    Precision bench assembly

    Pressure and vacuum testing

    Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
