Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
Assemble and install structural/system components using drawings, work instructions, and technical documentation
Interpret prints, charts, sketches, and electronic/verbal instructions to determine work scope
Use shop math, precision measuring tools, and test instruments to complete assignments and validate assemblies
Utilize tooling to assemble components into sub-assemblies or completed units
Verify work meets engineering and process specifications; identify and document discrepancies
Ensure tools and equipment are properly certified and maintained
Perform routine minor machine maintenance (e.g., filters, lubrication, coolant levels)
Move products within the work area and complete required production transactions
Meet production schedules and support continuous workflow
Train and assist team members; support cross-training and SIA qualification
Set up and operate conventional and/or CNC fastening equipment (less than 3-axis), including drivematic processes
Perform at least one specialty area:
Assembly/Installation of Structures
Sealing
Sub-Assembly
Requirements:
Must have Multi-Layer Layup and Integration Fuselage experience
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documents
Experience with structural assembly, drilling, fastening, and sealing techniques
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and fastening equipment
Strong understanding of aircraft structures and materials
Experience working in a manufacturing or aerospace environment
Ability to perform precise measurements and basic shop math
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Ability to work in confined spaces and on aircraft structures
Ability to bend, kneel, and work in physically demanding environments
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to work any shift, including overtime as needed
Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
