Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
Apply engineering design principles to develop solutions for production and in-service issues
Perform and support root cause analysis and draft dispositions for non-conformances
Assist in preparation of technical communications and documentation
Analyze fleet and customer data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Support identification of deviations impacting design intent and safety
Participate in Material Review Boards (MRB) and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs)
Assist in designing interim structural repairs to restore original strength capability
Requirements:
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field Level 4:
9+ years of experience with a Bachelor s degree, OR
7+ years with a Master s degree, OR
Equivalent experience with a PhD
Must be a U.S. citizen to comply with security clearance requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a manufacturing or manufacturing support environment
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Hands-on problem-solving abilities
