Summary:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement manufacturing processes for aircraft subsystems
Ensure production readiness by identifying risks, optimizing workflows, and improving operational efficiency
Support operations by enhancing processes, improving quality, and ensuring timely product delivery
Utilize data analysis and engineering principles to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Participate in design reviews and provide input on manufacturability and assembly considerations
Requirements:
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
Level 3:
5+ years of experience with a Bachelor s degree, OR
3+ years with a Master s degree, OR
Equivalent experience with a PhD
Must be a U.S. citizen to comply with security clearance requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor s or higher degree in Aerospace, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering
Experience with composite fabrication
Experience supporting aerospace or defense customers
Experience with 3D model-based work instructions
Experience with tools such as IVT, CREO, CATIA, MES, Gold, PrimeR, Aurora, VisVSA, DELMIA, VisMockup, ProModel, FlexSim
Familiarity with 3D printing, prototyping labs, or development environments (e.g., Maker Space, ImDev, ICIDO)
Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MESci)
Experience working in collaborative engineering environments (e.g., multi-monitor rooms)
