JOB TITLE: Avionics Installer I
LOCATION: Savannah, GA
PAY RATE: $26.65/hour

Qualifying Questions:

Are you a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance?

Summary:

Assist with installation, modification, and fabrication of wiring and electrical components per blueprints and engineering drawings

Support wire harness fabrication, terminations, ring-out, and functional testing of avionics/electrical systems

Complete assigned tasks within established timeframes

Maintain logs and records accurately

Follow FOD, tool control, 5S, and safety programs

Properly maintain tools and shop equipment

Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required

General knowledge of regulatory requirements and customer specifications

Ability to use a multimeter

Entry-level position (0 1 years experience)

Six (6) months of accredited schooling in aviation electronics or general electrical experience preferred

Technical certificate in aircraft electrical assembly or completion of relevant apprenticeship program preferred

Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and schematic diagrams

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Basic computer skills and familiarity with general software tools

Must be a U.S. citizen to comply with security clearance requirements.
