Your Impact
As an Industrial Engineering Technician (Methods Process Analyst), you’ll help stabilize, improve, and transform production systems that support next-generation aircraft, space systems, and advanced defense technologies. Your work will directly influence manufacturing efficiency, resource planning, and operational excellence across highly complex aerospace programs.
What You’ll Do
Apply and update engineering standards within new and existing work instructions
Maintain and update process precedence networks to support tooling and production scheduling decisions
Develop and track engineering performance metrics to improve factory operations
Support integration of modular tooling systems into production workflows
Analyze current and future business environments to create forecasting, utilization, and resource plans
Develop and maintain factory definitions and manufacturing planning systems
Create labor hour estimates for production and tooling work packages using standards and engineering inputs
Build and maintain integrated production and tooling master schedules (crew cycling, learning curves, capacity planning)
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste
Analyze changes to production plans and assess impacts to cost, schedule, and resources
Support negotiations and schedule commitments across production and tooling teams
Develop and monitor shop performance metrics to support continuous improvement initiatives
What You Bring
Required Qualifications
6+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., Master’s + 4 years, or 10+ years experience)
Strong understanding of manufacturing systems, industrial engineering principles, or production planning
Ability to analyze data and support complex production environments
Experience working with engineering standards, schedules, or resource planning systems
Must be able to work onsite full-time, first shift
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
Experience in aerospace, defense, or other high-complexity manufacturing environments
Strong skills in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
Experience with production scheduling, labor standards, or factory simulation tools
Ability to collaborate across engineering, production, and operations teams

Pay Details: $45.93 per hour
