Schedule: Monday–Friday | 2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
Pay Rate: Starting at $65.68 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time | 12-Month Contract

Your Impact

As a Liaison Engineer (Product Review Engineer), you’ll serve as the vital connection between engineering design and manufacturing execution. Your expertise will help resolve non-conformances, ensure product integrity, and maintain the highest standards of safety and quality across complex aerospace systems.

What You’ll Do

• Investigate and resolve product and process issues on the production floor
• Perform root cause analysis and develop dispositions for design non-conformances
• Support preparation of technical communications with engineering stakeholders
• Analyze fleet and production data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Evaluate customer findings to drive continuous product and process enhancements
• Identify and address deviations that may impact design intent and safety
• Participate in Material Review Boards (MRBs) and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs)
• Assist in designing interim structural repairs to restore product strength and functionality
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field
• 9+ years of relevant experience (or 7+ years with a Master’s, or PhD with experience)
• Strong understanding of engineering design principles and manufacturing processes
• Ability to work 100% onsite and support a 2nd shift schedule

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or production support environment
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Demonstrated hands-on problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with aerospace or highly regulated industries
