Location: Park City, KS | Payrate: $20 - $24/hour | Schedule: Mon – Fri. 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

As a Logistics Coordinator, you ensure critical aerospace components move accurately, safely, and on time. From receiving raw materials to shipping finished parts, your work directly supports production timelines, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
What You’ll Do Every Day
You’ll be at the center of logistics operations, managing the flow of materials in and out of the facility:
Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against bills of lading, invoices, and orders
Package and ship products to customers and suppliers per detailed specifications
Receive incoming goods and distribute them to appropriate locations
Build crates, cartons, and packaging for safe transport of parts
Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records
Operate forklifts, trucks, cranes, and other equipment to move materials
Coordinate pickups and deliveries with freight carriers, suppliers, and customers
Perform local transport runs using company vehicles
Process receiving and shipping transactions in computer systems
Navigate customer portals to generate shipping labels, barcodes, and documentation
Ensure compliance with hazardous materials handling and shipping regulations
Support cross-functional coordination with Purchasing, Production, Engineering, and Customer Support
Perform basic preventative maintenance on equipment and maintain a clean work environment
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Active shop and warehouse setting with exposure to noise and dust
Frequent standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive motion
Lift up to 50 lbs. independently (more with assistance)
Occasional overtime and flexible scheduling as needed
What You Bring
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
3–5 years of logistics, shipping/receiving, or warehouse experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience maintaining shipping records and handling documentation
Ability to operate or learn to operate a forklift (within 90 days)
Valid driver’s license and ability to perform local deliveries
Familiarity with computer systems for inventory and shipping transactions
Knowledge of packaging, shipping, and material handling processes
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or regulated environments
Knowledge of hazardous materials handling and shipping regulations (domestic & international)
Experience coordinating freight carriers and logistics schedules
Ability to obtain CDL-B (if required)
Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, inventory systems)
Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving ability
