Design and develop electronics packaging solutions for microwave and RF systems
Support design, analysis, and development of:
Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs)
Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs)
Cable assemblies and interconnects
Create and maintain engineering documentation and drawings
Apply GD&T principles to mechanical designs
Utilize tools such as:
CREO (CAD design)
Windchill (PLM / documentation control)
Support change management processes and engineering change boards
Perform testing, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis of electronic assemblies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including:
RF/Electrical Engineering
Manufacturing
Test and Quality teams
Required Qualifications
Associate’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience, OR
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with 6+ years of experience
Experience with electronics packaging, preferably in defense or high-reliability environments
Experience designing:
Circuit Card Assemblies (CCA)
Printed Circuit Boards (PCB)
Cable/interconnect systems
Proficiency with:
CREO (or similar CAD tools)
Windchill or similar PLM systems
Strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
Experience with:
Engineering documentation and configuration control
Change board / change management processes
Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance
Interim clearance required prior to start (active or previously held preferred)
