Summary:

Represent Quality in program activities, ensuring compliance with contractual and Quality Management System requirements

Interpret quality and engineering requirements and provide guidance to teams

Develop quality metrics and certification plans to support program compliance

Conduct capability assessments and process validations for supplier selection

Participate in design and program reviews to ensure quality requirements are incorporated

Perform analyses, testing, and process audits to ensure manufacturing and test readiness

Provide material review dispositions for non-conformances

Analyze non-conformance trends and evaluate effectiveness of corrective actions

Recommend and implement corrective actions to address quality issues

Perform benchmarking and process capability analysis to drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or related field

5+ years of related work experience with a Bachelor s degree OR 3+ years with a Master s or PhD OR 9+ years of equivalent experience

1+ years of experience interpreting engineering drawings and specifications

3+ years of experience performing data analysis

1+ years of experience with Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA)

1+ years of experience with quality systems (e.g., ISO9001, AS9100)

Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
