PAY RATE: $64.25/hour

Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)
Clearance: Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Clearance post-start

Qualifying Questions:
Are you a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance?

Summary:
Research and apply engineering design principles to develop solutions for product and process issues
Support analysis, root cause investigations, and development of dispositions for design non-conformances
Assist in preparing technical communications and documentation
Analyze fleet and customer data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Support identification of deviations that may impact design intent and safety
Participate in Material Review Boards (MRB) and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs)
Assist in designing interim structural repairs to restore original strength and functionality
Requirements:
Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Clearance post-start
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Engineering Technology), Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Data Science, or Computer Science (ABET preferred)
Prior MRB authorization required
Level 3: 5+ years of related work experience with a Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience with a Master s degree
Must be a U.S. citizen to comply with security clearance requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a manufacturing or manufacturing support environment
Prior Defense MRB authorization
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Hands-on problem-solving ability
