JOB TITLE: Electronics Fabrication Technician
LOCATION: Ventura, CA
PAY RATE: $25-35/hour

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
Support engineering hardware fabrication, testing, and troubleshooting activities
Perform basic laboratory operations and maintain a clean, organized work environment
Fabricate electronic/electrical chassis and mechanical racks from engineering drawings
Work independently to complete assigned technical tasks
Communicate technical issues effectively with internal customers and vendors
Assist with setup, validation, and testing of hardware systems
Follow safety procedures, including lifting up to 25 lbs and using ladders as needed
Requirements:
Experience in hardware fabrication, assembly, or lab-based technical support
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with stakeholders
Comfortable working in a lab environment, including climbing ladders and lifting up to 25 lbs
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate (AA) Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field
Experience with electronic/electrical chassis or rack fabrication
Familiarity with lab testing equipment and processes
