JOB TITLE: Software Engineer

PAY RATE: $75 $140/hour (No Overtime)

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

Design, develop, document, test, and debug software solutions for business and mission applications

Apply logical and mathematical principles to solve complex problems using programming languages

Utilize appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the software development lifecycle

Analyze system capabilities to define program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, and processing techniques

Collaborate with system users and stakeholders to gather requirements and develop effective solutions

Identify and correct program errors; prepare operating instructions and development documentation

Ensure adherence to software engineering standards and best practices

Requirements:

Ability to obtain a security clearance

Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field required

Experience across the full software development lifecycle (design, development, testing, and deployment)

Strong understanding of software engineering principles, standards, and processes

Experience with DO-178C, specifically DAL A (required)

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Experience in aerospace, defense, or other regulated environments

Experience working with mission-critical systems

Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

Must be a U.S. citizen to comply with security clearance requirements.
