PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leading force in the aviation industry to find a driven Customer Support Management professional. In this role, you’ll be at the center of critical operations—ensuring customers receive the right parts, at the right time, with the right support. Your coordination and problem-solving will directly impact operational efficiency and customer satisfaction in a high-stakes, fast-moving environment.

What You’ll Do

You won’t just manage orders—you’ll keep the entire process moving forward smoothly and efficiently. Key responsibilities include:

• Review and process customer purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Enter and manage orders in Cardex (ERP) and customer portals
• Coordinate with warehouse, Sales, and Quality teams to resolve order issues quickly
• Monitor and prioritize orders based on urgency and required ship dates
• Research and resolve discrepancies using ERP systems
• Track, manage, and expedite complex or high-priority orders
• Handle customer claims, including RMA processing, credit/rebill actions, and root cause analysis
• Collaborate with Accounting, Quality Assurance, and Accounts Receivable to resolve issues and support collections
• Maintain pipeline health by monitoring demand and usage trends across contracts and programs
• Ensure timely shipment of critical orders through proactive coordination

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with ERP systems (Cardex or similar)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in aviation, logistics, or supply chain environments
• Familiarity with order management, returns processing (RMA), and customer claims
• Analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement solutions
