Embedded Software Engineer

Description:
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Embedded Software Engineer for a contract opportunity in Orlando, FL.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
• Must have an active secret clearance
•6+ years of Real-time embedded software development experience
•6+ years with Ada programming language, software development & maintenance experience


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
•Linux/VxWorks operating systems experience
Integration and test experience involving software and hardware
•Experience as a software engineer working with multi-disciplined teams
•GitLab CI/CD Pipelines
•GoogleTest or similar Unit test tool


REQUIRED EDUCATION:
•Accredited Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering

WORK HOURS:
•Full-Time
•4/10 work schedule
•1st Shift

ADDITIONAL:
•Candidate must have ACTIVE SECRET clearance to start.
