As a Supply Chain Management Specialist, you’ll ensure the right materials are sourced, tracked, and delivered—supporting critical aviation programs and solving complex supply challenges in real time.

What You’ll Do

In this dynamic role, you will:

• Source used serviceable materials (USM) from aftermarket vendors to meet customer requirements
• Support order fulfillment across internal and external programs
• Coordinate delivery schedules with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure on-time performance
• Evaluate supplier and customer data to support product and service decisions
• Assess the impact of configuration changes on supply chain systems
• Identify and resolve supply chain discrepancies, shortages, and customer issues
• Develop alternative sourcing strategies to address obsolescence challenges
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain efficient supply operations

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1+ year of experience in supply chain, procurement, or supplier management
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience working with internal and external stakeholders
• Familiarity with SAP systems
• Experience with used serviceable materials (USM)
• Knowledge of Part Build Requests and Product 360 tools
• 3+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
