Schedule: Monday–Friday | First Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)
Pay Rate: Starting at $30.02 /hour
Job Type: Full-Time, 12-Month Contract

As a Materials and Process Technician, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the integrity and performance of aerospace materials and systems. Your work will directly support the testing, analysis, and qualification processes that keep aircraft reliable, efficient, and safe. What You’ll Do

In this hands-on technical role, you will:

  • Perform tests on materials, processes, and equipment to support engineering and production efforts
  • Assist in analyzing failed parts and processes to identify root causes and failure mechanisms
  • Generate and document data to support engineering evaluations and decision-making
  • Participate in test development and execution for new and existing materials and processes
  • Assist in developing and revising technical documentation and requirements
  • Support qualification and evaluation of materials, suppliers, equipment, and technologies
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by helping design, fabricate, and test new concepts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure conformance and producibility standards are met

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate (AA) degree in a technical field
  • 1+ year of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Comfortable working with computers and technical systems
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
  • Ability to follow technical procedures and document findings accurately

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in materials testing, failure analysis, or laboratory environments
  • Exposure to aerospace or manufacturing industries
  • Familiarity with technical documentation and process standards
  • Hands-on experience supporting product or process improvement initiatives

This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Pay Details: $30.02 per hour
