Schedule: Monday–Friday | First Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
Pay Rate: $70/hour
Job Type: Full-Time, 13-Month Contract

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you’ll design, refine, and optimize manufacturing processes that ensure precision, quality, and efficiency—helping deliver mission-critical products that meet the highest industry standards.
In this hands-on engineering role, you will:
Design and develop new and improved manufacturing processes for aerospace components
Collaborate with quality and production teams to create and implement detailed procedures
Conduct tests and measurements across production stages to ensure process control and product integrity
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues involving processes and equipment already in operation
Recommend and evaluate tools, test equipment, and new technologies to improve performance
Support the acquisition and integration of advanced manufacturing equipment and materials
Communicate with internal stakeholders and external customers to manage complex manufacturability challenges from identification through resolution
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, efficiency, and quality
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field
4+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering
Strong knowledge of aerospace manufacturing standards
Experience with conventional machining processes
Hands-on expertise with special processes such as brazing and heat treating
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve production/process issues
Strong communication skills with customer-facing experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the aerospace industry (automotive industry experience also considered)
Familiarity with chemical processing and/or painting processes
Experience recommending or implementing new manufacturing technologies
Demonstrated ability to manage complex manufacturing challenges across teams
