As a Manufacturing Engineer, you’ll design, refine, and optimize manufacturing processes that ensure precision, quality, and efficiency—helping deliver mission-critical products that meet the highest industry standards.


What You’ll Do

In this hands-on engineering role, you will:

  • Design and develop new and improved manufacturing processes for aerospace components

  • Collaborate with quality and production teams to create and implement detailed procedures

  • Conduct tests and measurements across production stages to ensure process control and product integrity

  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues involving processes and equipment already in operation

  • Recommend and evaluate tools, test equipment, and new technologies to improve performance

  • Support the acquisition and integration of advanced manufacturing equipment and materials

  • Communicate with internal stakeholders and external customers to manage complex manufacturability challenges from identification through resolution

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, efficiency, and quality


What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field

  • 4+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering

  • Strong knowledge of aerospace manufacturing standards

  • Experience with conventional machining processes

  • Hands-on expertise with special processes such as brazing and heat treating

  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve production/process issues

  • Strong communication skills with customer-facing experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the aerospace industry (automotive industry experience also considered)

  • Familiarity with chemical processing and/or painting processes

  • Experience recommending or implementing new manufacturing technologies

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex manufacturing challenges across teams

Pay Details: $70.00 per hour
