Location: Mesa, AZ | Payrate: $36 - $38/hour | Schedule: 7am to 3:30pm

PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the aerospace industry to find a driven, detail-oriented Manufacturing Liaison. In this role, you won’t just support production—you’ll help power the systems behind human spaceflight. Guided by our core values, you'll play a key part in ensuring projects move efficiently, safely, and successfully from planning to execution. 

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day 

Step into a fast-paced manufacturing environment where your coordination and communication skills keep everything on track: 

• Provide consistent status updates on work packages to the Management Leadership Team  

• Support the development, execution, and improvement of manufacturing build plans  

• Partner with production planning teams to ensure smooth assembly flow and on-time delivery of materials and hardware  

• Act as a critical liaison between departments, aligning efforts to meet project milestones  

• Champion a culture of safety, including strict adherence to Foreign Object Debris (FOD) prevention and regulatory compliance  

• Assist with project planning, recovery strategies, and overall build execution  

What You Bring to the Table 

Required Qualifications: 

• 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite, with strong data entry capabilities  

• Experience with manufacturing software systems (ERP/MES); familiarity with Microsoft Copilot is a plus  

• Exposure to manufacturing environments and systems  

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills  

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure  

• Experience using tools like MS Project or data dashboards to track and manage complex tasks  

• Familiarity with personal protective equipment (PPE) and manufacturing safety practices  

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed  

• Physical ability to stand for extended periods (8+ hours) in a manufacturing setting
