Schedule: Monday–Friday | First Shift | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (4/10’s)
Pay Rate: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour

PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leading innovator in the aviation industry to find a skilled and motivated Fabricator. In this hands-on role, you’ll contribute directly to the production of high-quality aeronautical components, playing a vital part in ensuring safety, performance, and excellence in every product that takes flight.

What You’ll Do

As a Fabricator, you’ll be an essential member of the manufacturing team, supporting the production of precision components:

• Perform basic window and plastic fabrication under supervision
• Accurately identify parts and record serial numbers for manufactured components
• Assist with first-piece inspections and complete work orders
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and instructions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Support additional fabrication tasks and team needs as assigned

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 0–2 years of related experience (entry-level candidates encouraged)
• Familiarity with basic measuring tools and devices
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
• Willingness to learn measurements, torque application, and adhesive processes

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to manufacturing or fabrication environments
• Basic understanding of aeronautical or mechanical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods during fabrication tasks
• Capable of walking, bending, reaching, and stooping throughout the shift
• Lift, carry, push, or pull materials up to 25–35 lbs
• Manual dexterity for handling small components and tools
• Visual acuity for inspecting parts and reading detailed instructions
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with noise, dust, or chemicals
• Proper use of PPE including safety glasses, gloves, and hearing protection
