Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

Assist with the installation, modification, and fabrication of aircraft electrical and avionics components.

Support wire harness fabrication, wiring installations, terminations, continuity checks, and functional testing of electrical systems.

Read and follow blueprints, worksheets, engineering drawings, and schematic diagrams.

Complete assigned tasks within established timeframes while maintaining quality standards.

Maintain required logs, records, and documentation.

Follow all safety procedures, including FOD prevention, tool control, and 5S requirements.

Properly maintain and care for assigned tools and shop equipment.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required.

General knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements and customer specifications.

Ability to use a multimeter.

Entry-level position.

Six (6) months of accredited aviation electronics training or general electrical experience preferred.

Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and schematic diagrams.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with common software applications.

Technical certificate in aircraft electrical assembly preferred.

Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
