Location: Mobile, AL | Payrate: $31/hr. - $35/hr. | Schedule: 1st shift  

PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a global leader in the aerospace industry to hire an Organization Development Practitioner. This role is central to advancing the site’s Culture Evolution Agenda by strengthening leadership capability, enabling change readiness, and supporting enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.

About the Role 

As an Organization Development Practitioner, you will support leadership development, change management, and culture-building initiatives across a major aerospace manufacturing site. You will collaborate with HR, leadership teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to design and deliver programs that build capability, improve engagement, and enable business success. 

Your work will directly influence how leaders grow, how teams adapt to change, and how organizational culture evolves in alignment with global aerospace priorities. 

 
 

What You’ll Do 

  • Lead and support projects that develop site leaders to achieve business and operational objectives  

  • Educate managers and HR business partners on organizational values, leadership models, tools, and development resources  

  • Design and facilitate workshops focused on leadership development, culture awareness, and change readiness  

  • Support and contribute to HR and organizational development initiatives as a team member or project lead  

  • Develop communication strategies and materials for change initiatives, including email campaigns, intranet content, presentations, and face-to-face messaging  

  • Build and execute communication plans tailored to different audiences across the organization  

  • Measure and report progress on organizational development and change initiatives  

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between culture programs and business needs  

 
 

Required Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience in Organizational Development or Change Management  

  • 3+ years of experience in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field  

  • Experience designing and facilitating workshops or training sessions  

  • Proven ability to manage, influence, and collaborate across teams and levels of leadership  

  • Strong communication and presentation skills  

  • Ability to work 100% onsite in Mobile, AL  

  • Comfort working in both office and manufacturing/production environments  

 
 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment  

  • Background supporting culture transformation or enterprise change initiatives  

  • Experience developing communication strategies for organizational change  

  • Strong understanding of leadership development frameworks and tools  

  • Ability to analyze and report on program effectiveness and engagement metrics

Pay Details: $31.00 to $35.00 per hour
