PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leading aviation giant to hire a HR Data Analyst. In this role you'll play a mission-critical role in shaping the future of aviation workforce strategies. You'll work with stakeholders across the business, use cutting-edge analytics tools, and drive data-backed decisions that impact real lives and real careers.
What You’ll Be Doing – Day-to-Day Mission Brief
As part of our agile and innovative HR analytics team, your daily flight plan will include:
Collecting, cleaning, and transforming large, complex datasets from various sources.
Performing statistical and exploratory data analysis to uncover trends and insights.
Designing and developing dashboards and visual reports to communicate actionable findings.
Building and testing predictive models using Python, SQL, and ML libraries.
Writing clear, well-documented data queries and presenting recommendations to leadership.
Collaborating across departments to support projects and influence business direction.
Leveraging tools like Tableau, Alteryx, Skywise, and Python to streamline analysis.
Constantly exploring new data techniques and staying on the edge of analytics best practices.
Qualifications – What’s on Your Boarding Pass
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in a quant-focused field: Data Science, MIS, CS, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or similar.
3+ years of experience in data analytics with hands-on skills in SQL and Python.
Experience working with structured and semi-structured data (JSON, XML).
Proficiency in Tableau, Excel, and other visualization tools.
Clear communication and presentation skills with a strong attention to detail.
Preferred:
Certification in data analytics or engineering (e.g., Google Cloud Data Engineer).
Familiarity with machine learning models and statistical methods.
