PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leading force in the aviation industry to hire a highly skilled Assembly Advisor. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of implementing Lean principles and the  Production System—guiding teams, improving processes, and driving measurable results across complex manufacturing environments.

What You’ll Do

As an Assembly Advisor, you will:

• Lead complex group work sessions utilizing advanced Lean principles, tools, and methodologies
• Implement and reinforce the  Production System across internal and external teams
• Conduct process assessments to evaluate performance against established standards
• Analyze and interpret data to identify efficiency gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Provide actionable feedback and partner with leadership to drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Develop and execute strategies, plans, and performance metrics aligned with business objectives
• Collaborate across organizational levels to ensure successful implementation of initiatives
• Support and deliver Gen 2 training classes, sharing technical expertise with cross-functional teams
• Operate with minimal direction, taking ownership of high-impact projects

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of airplane systems with the ability to teach Gen 2 classes
• Technical expertise in hydraulics, avionics, and flight controls
• Proven experience applying Lean principles and process improvement methodologies
• Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of related experience, or
  Master’s degree with 8+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination
• Experience in aerospace manufacturing or large-scale production environments
• Strong leadership, facilitation, and communication skills
