PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leading force in the aviation industry to hire an Employee Development Specialist who is passionate about training and developing the next generation of aerospace professionals. In this role, you’ll play a key part in onboarding new hires and building foundational skills that directly support safety, quality, and production excellence.

What You’ll Do

As part of the Workforce Learning & Development team, you will:

• Deliver engaging training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques and media
• Facilitate new hire onboarding programs and foundational skills training
• Assess learner progress, provide feedback, and implement remediation strategies when needed
• Adapt curriculum content and delivery methods based on business needs and learning objectives
• Identify performance gaps and recommend training improvements and solutions
• Coordinate and schedule courses, instructors, and training sessions
• Analyze and validate training requests for new hires, recalls, and internal transfers
• Foster an engaging learning environment that promotes retention, motivation, and skill development
• Support off-shift training needs as required

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

• Strong background in Fabrication, Assembly, Composites, and/or Quality Systems
• Proven experience in training, instruction, or adult learning environments
• Ability to engage diverse audiences and deliver complex information effectively
• Strong organizational and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically 6+ years of related experience (or equivalent)
• Experience supporting workforce development in manufacturing or aerospace environments
