PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the aviation industry to support a surge in high-impact manufacturing work. We are seeking a Mechanical Assembler to help build flight simulators—critical systems used to train pilots and aviation professionals around the world. Your hands?on work will directly contribute to safety, precision, and excellence in aviation training.

Your Impact in This Role

As an Assembler, you’ll be part of a skilled production team responsible for building and installing mechanical subassemblies used in advanced flight simulators. Every component you assemble supports realistic, reliable simulation technology that prepares aviation professionals for real?world conditions.

What You’ll Do Day to Day

• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, and bills of materials
• Perform mechanical assembly of subassemblies and installations
• Operate hand tools, power tools, drills, and measuring equipment
• Perform molding, sanding, cutting of acrylic, and light equipment operation
• Conduct quality checks, identify defects, and document findings
• Rework or repair assemblies based on engineering changes
• Maintain workstation inventory and keep a clean, safe work area
• Operate fork trucks and overhead cranes to move materials and finished products
• Follow established quality standards and safety procedures at all times
• Work 100% onsite, standing up to 8 hours per day
• Lift and carry up to 25 lbs and climb up to 6 feet (approximately 25% of the time)

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong mechanical skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Experience using basic hand tools
• Ability to use drills and drill bits
• Team-oriented with the ability to work well with others
• Ability to climb up to 6 feet and meet physical job requirements
• Steel-toed boots required (not provided)

Preferred Qualifications

• High attention to detail
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Prior experience in manufacturing or mechanical assembly environments
