PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the aviation industry to bring on an experienced Health, Environmental, and Safety (EHS) Program Manager. In this high?impact role, you will safeguard employees, strengthen compliance, and help drive a proactive safety culture across a complex aviation manufacturing environment. Your expertise will directly support operational excellence, regulatory confidence, and workforce well?being.

Role Summary

As the EHS Program Manager, you will lead site?wide environmental, health, and safety programs—ensuring regulatory compliance while continuously improving workplace safety. You’ll serve as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies, assess risks across operations, and partner with leadership to implement effective safety strategies that support current operations and future business growth.

What You’ll Do Day to Day

• Act as the primary site interface with environmental and safety regulatory agencies
• Prepare and submit EHS compliance reports and permit applications
• Coordinate and support site inspections and audits
• Conduct program reviews, incident investigations, and implement corrective actions
• Identify and assess workplace hazards; develop and implement risk mitigation plans
• Evaluate the impact of new or changing regulations on operations
• Review vendor, contractor, and supplier activities for EHS compliance
• Provide EHS input on new business initiatives and facility projects
• Develop and deliver safety training and education programs
• Engage team members, facilitate problem-solving, and lead safety initiatives
• Present findings, recommendations, and solutions to key stakeholders

Regular, predictable attendance is required to support on?site operations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Health & Safety or a related field
• Demonstrated experience with:
  • Powered Industrial Trucks
  • Fall Protection
  • Electrical Safety
  • Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Assessments
  • Ergonomic Evaluations
  • Cranes and Hoists
  • Machine Guarding
• Strong working knowledge of EHS regulations and compliance standards
• Ability to engage teams, influence without authority, and lead safety improvements

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting manufacturing or aviation environments
• Strong presentation and stakeholder communication skills
• Proven ability to balance regulatory rigor with practical, business?focused solutions

Role Details

• Job Title: Health & Safety (EHS) Program Manager
• Job Type: Full-Time, Contract (6 months)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday | First Shift | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Location: Dallas, TX
• Pay Rate starting at  $43.61  per hour
