Your Impact

In this role, you will architect and deliver end-to-end test solutions that ensure the performance, reliability, and safety of cutting-edge aviation technologies. From concept through production and sustainment, your work will directly influence product quality and engineering excellence across critical aerospace programs.

What You’ll Do

• Architect and implement end-to-end test solutions for components, subsystems, and full programs

• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks, libraries, and fixtures

• Translate product and feature requirements into scalable, efficient test architectures

• Integrate hardware and software test environments while managing dependencies

• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and traceability documentation

• Design and build test fixtures and equipment for development and production

• Execute tests, analyze results, and track defects through resolution

• Ensure test code quality, reusability, and long-term maintainability

• Lead cross-functional technical reviews and validation efforts

• Perform verification, validation, ATP, and ESS testing

• Maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot test equipment to support ongoing production

• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for test failures

• Train engineers and lab technicians on test systems and processes

• Drive modernization of test platforms, infrastructure, and toolchains

• Champion best practices and alignment across engineering, manufacturing, and validation teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in test architecture and design

• 5+ years of hands-on experience performing engineering tests

• Experience designing and supporting test equipment for new and production systems

• Proven ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain test equipment

• Must be eligible to obtain a Security Clearance.
   

Preferred Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in test architecture, design, and execution

• Experience leading test programs and driving cross-functional initiatives

• Background in mentoring engineers and lab technicians

• Advanced experience with test infrastructure modernization and automation
