• Conduct in-depth research and analysis to resolve invoice payment blocks
• Communicate with vendors to address discrepancies and inquiries, leveraging SAP as needed
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and ensure timely, accurate payments
• Monitor accounts and proactively resolve invoice discrepancies
• Ensure adherence to company policies and financial compliance standards
• Support procurement teams with issue resolution and financial inquiries
• Maintain compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements
• Monitor weekly SAP batch jobs and coordinate resolution of interface errors
• Collaborate across departments including Customer Service, IT, Contracts, Accounting, FP&A, and Program Management

• Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred)
• 2–3 years of experience in accounts payable, accounting, or financial analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
