PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leading force in the aviation industry to find a skilled and innovative Product Trainer. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in empowering teams through impactful, technology-driven training programs. Your work will directly influence workforce readiness, operational excellence, and the successful adoption of critical systems across the organization.

What You’ll Do

As a Product Trainer, you’ll design, develop, and deliver engaging training experiences that drive real results. Your day-to-day will include:

• Creating dynamic training programs using computer-based tools and visual learning aids
• Developing iSpring content including tests, visuals, voiceovers, and LX certification materials
• Administering and facilitating training sessions for employees at all levels
• Designing and implementing evaluation methods to measure training effectiveness
• Coordinating class logistics and ensuring seamless training delivery
• Staying current on emerging trends, tools, and best practices in IT and technical training
• Leveraging the GLX (Global Learning Exchange) system to build and manage learning content

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience working with GLX (Global Learning Exchange)
• Proven ability to design and deliver technical training programs
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience evaluating training effectiveness and learner outcomes
• This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.                                               
   

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience developing content using iSpring
• Background in instructional design or adult learning methodologies
• Familiarity with aviation or highly regulated industries
