Pay Rate: $28.00 - $35.00/HR
Job Type: Full-Time | 6-Month Consultant Assignment
PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the aviation industry to hire a skilled Supply Chain Management Analyst. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of a complex global supply chain—analyzing materials, optimizing inventory, and ensuring production stays on track. Your insights will directly impact delivery timelines, operational efficiency, and overall program success.
As a Supply Chain Management Analyst, you’ll turn data into decisions and strategy into results:
Analyze complex material requirements to support production and delivery schedules
Incorporate Bills of Material (BOM) and scheduling data into comprehensive production plans
Evaluate system requirements and resource availability to release and manage orders
Ensure on-time delivery by proactively identifying and resolving order delinquencies
Monitor and report schedule adherence issues across the supply chain
Develop and manage inventory plans, optimizing stock levels and minimizing excess
Analyze and disposition excess or obsolete inventory
Initiate audits and ensure compliance with supply chain processes
Create and maintain schedules for products and services
Support cost estimates and scheduling for new business proposals
Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices in materials management
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of related experience, OR Master’s degree with 4+ years of experience, OR equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced skills required)
Experience in supply chain, materials management, or production planning
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a global supply chain environment
Familiarity with aviation or manufacturing industries
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently under general direction
