Build, Repair, and Innovate at the Component Level
We are seeking an experienced Technician to support the manufacturing and assembly of clinical and commercial electronic products. In this hands?on role, you will troubleshoot at the component level, solder complex assemblies, and ensure products meet stringent quality, safety, and performance standards.

What You’ll Do
Troubleshoot electronic assemblies at the component level
Apply a basic understanding of analog and digital circuits to diagnose and repair issues
Perform through?hole and surface?mount soldering to assemble and repair electronic components
Operate production and test equipment used in manufacturing and assembly
Build, assemble, and inspect clinical and commercial products
Follow blueprints, schematics, diagrams, and work instructions to meet specifications and tolerances
Identify defects, document findings, and implement corrective actions
Perform a variety of technical tasks requiring experience, judgment, and precision
Support production efficiency and quality objectives
May provide guidance or direction to other technicians as needed
Top Skills Required
Component?level troubleshooting
Basic understanding of analog and digital electronics
Proficiency in soldering, including:
Through?hole soldering
Surface?mount soldering
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
4–6 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, assembly, or repair
Strong soldering skills verified through hands?on work
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and schematics
Familiarity with electronic manufacturing concepts, practices, and procedures
Proven ability to work independently using experience and sound judgment

Pay Details: $32.00 per hour
