Description:
We have an outstanding career opportunity for a Molding Production Supervisor to join a leading Company located in the Rochester, IN surrounding area.

Job Responsibilities:
Assist in controlling the molding process to ensure parts meet required quality standards.
Assist in ensuring that the Following Cards are up to date and contain the pertinent information to produce quality parts.
Assist in overseeing the training of Molding Team Members to ensure that they are knowledgeable in the production of quality parts.
Assist in ensuring the team has and uses proper equipment to produce a quality product.
Assist in overseeing to ensure that the Following Cards are followed by Team Members.
Assist in training the Molding Team Members to perform their required work both safely and efficiently.
Assist in training the department Team Members to understand and follow the information on the Following Cards.
Monitor the Following Cards in the Molding Department daily to ensure they are in process conformance.

Basic Hiring Criteria:
Foundry Experience desired.
