Summary:

Support the Electrical Components Product Lead and Certified Principal Engineer in developing power conversion design and manufacturing baselines.

Prepare briefing materials for internal and external reviews.

Assist in development and maintenance of design, analysis, test, and as-built artifacts to support certification and verification.

Review and coordinate subcontractor data submissions.

Participate in peer reviews, Engineering Review Boards, and pre-shipment reviews.

Support Failure Review Boards (FRB) and Material Review Boards (MRB) for nonconforming material.

Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and test facilities.

Support component-level and system-level testing activities.

Requirements:

Ability and willingness to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.

Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline (or equivalent experience).

Experience in electrical engineering, power conversion, manufacturing, or aerospace/missile systems.

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Desired Skills:

Experience interacting with Navy customers (surface, submarine, or strategic systems).

Experience providing technical support for subcontracting activities.

Knowledge of nonconforming material disposition (repair and reuse determinations).

Experience supporting Failure Review Boards (FRB) and applying Root Cause & Corrective Action methodologies.

Active or current Secret security clearance.
