JOB TITLE: Manufacturing Assembly Specialist (Manager Experience Required)

Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

Oversee assembly of components into subassemblies and final assemblies.

Support mating/joining of structural assemblies (metallic and non-metallic).

Oversee installation of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Ensure proper fastening methods (bolting, riveting, soldering, crimping, adhesives, etc.).

Support testing using mechanical, electrical, and electronic test equipment.

Interface with engineering, management, and suppliers to meet product requirements.

Ensure assemblies meet quality standards and acceptance criteria.

Requirements:

Management experience required (must-have).

Ability to work any shift based on business needs.

Strong knowledge of assembly processes and manufacturing operations.

Previous aircraft/aerospace assembly experience.

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
