JOB TITLE: Entry-Level Electrical Assembler

Summary:

Assemble structural and mechanical components per engineering specifications and work instructions.

Install and route electrical components as required.

Use hand tools and diagnostic equipment (e.g., screwdrivers, ratchets, power tools, multimeters, continuity testers).

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and detailed work instructions.

Follow safety procedures and quality standards during all assembly operations.

Requirements:

1+ year of experience following detailed work instructions and interpreting blueprints, drawings, or specifications.

Experience using basic hand, power, and/or pneumatic tools (manufacturing, technical, or military experience accepted).

Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, internet navigation).

Ability to read, write, and comprehend English.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Ability to use hand tools and diagnostic equipment.

Basic understanding of electrical component installation and routing.

Ability to work variable shifts (1st, 2nd, or 3rd) based on business needs.

Ability to complete training (6 10 weeks) and pass required assessments (3 failed assessments may result in release).

Ability to obtain and maintain required certifications (e.g., Confined Space, Fall Protection).

Ability to meet physical demands including lifting (10 35 lbs), standing, bending, kneeling, climbing, and working in confined spaces.

Ability to work with high-hazard chemicals using proper PPE.

Successful completion of all pre-employment screening requirements.

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
