PAY RATE: $26-96/hour

Job Type: Contract (11 months with potential for extension)
Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret DoD security clearance.

Summary:
Perform radar performance analysis, requirements allocation, and interface definition.
Translate customer radar requirements into detailed software/system specifications.
Develop high-fidelity models and simulations to evaluate system performance.
Support system design, integration, and testing activities.
Execute verification & validation (V&V) and support certification milestones.
Contribute to agile systems engineering processes (scrum, sprint planning).
Support development of algorithms, software, and data analysis for radar systems.
Produce technical documentation and deliver clear presentations/briefings.
Requirements:
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret DoD security clearance.
Bachelor s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Physics, or related STEM field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in one or more of the following:
Strong proficiency in:
C++ (or other object-oriented programming language)
MATLAB (analysis, modeling, test automation)
Scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
Experience with tools such as DOORS, Git, and Confluence
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
Preferred Experience:
Radar systems development (algorithms, software, modeling & simulation, data analysis)
Experience supporting agile development environments
