JOB TITLE: Quality Assurance Inspector
LOCATION: Hanahan, SC
PAY RATE: $31-37/hour

Summary:
Verify product conformance to engineering and design requirements.
Provide objective evidence of inspection results and maintain accurate documentation.
Perform audits, surveillance, and monitoring of products and processes.
Identify, document, and control non-conforming materials.
Segregate and manage discrepant items per quality procedures.
Conduct product reviews with customers during verification activities.
Identify recurring or significant non-conformances and initiate corrective actions.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required (additional certifications or equivalent experience preferred).
Proficiency with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, thread gauges).
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and engineering specifications.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
Preferred Qualifications:
2 4 years of experience in quality inspection (manufacturing or aerospace preferred).
Experience performing First Article Inspections (FAI).
Knowledge of quality standards (e.g., AS9100).
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma principles.
Experience with ERP/MES systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Experience with quality management software (e.g., TIPQA).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
