Summary:

Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials; resolve discrepancies and receiving issues.

Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and daily spot checks.

Respond to production material requests and ensure timely delivery.

Enter receiving and issuing transactions into ERP systems.

Label and organize materials for traceability and efficient retrieval.

Prepare and package materials for shipment.

Assist Quality with traceability and documentation requirements.

Pick up and deliver materials between locations as needed.

Support Lead/Supervisor and serve as backup when required.

Maintain a clean and organized work area; follow safety, FOD, and 5S practices.

Handle hazardous materials in accordance with GHS/SDS guidelines.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

3+ years of warehouse, materials, or inventory experience (aerospace preferred).

Valid driver s license required.

Forklift operation experience required.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Basic math skills and ability to interpret written, verbal, and diagram instructions.

Ability to lift 25 lbs. unassisted / up to 100 lbs. with assistance.

Ability to stand, stoop, kneel, and work in confined spaces.

Ability to climb ladders/step stools and reach overhead.

Work in a non-dust-free environment with normal or corrected vision.

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
