Summary:

Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials; resolve discrepancies and receiving issues.

Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and daily spot checks.

Respond to production material requests and ensure timely delivery.

Enter transactions into ERP system for receiving and issuing materials.

Label and organize materials for traceability and efficient retrieval.

Support shipping activities including packaging and material preparation.

Assist Quality with traceability and documentation requirements.

Pick up and deliver materials between locations as needed.

Support Lead/Supervisor and serve as backup when required.

Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow 5S/FOD practices.

Follow all safety procedures, including PPE and hazardous material handling (GHS/SDS).

Contribute to reporting systems and overall materials management processes.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

3+ years of relevant materials, warehouse, or inventory experience (aerospace preferred).

Valid driver s license required.

Ability to operate a forklift.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Basic math skills and ability to interpret instructions (written, verbal, diagrams).

Ability to lift 25 lbs. unassisted / up to 100 lbs. with assistance.

Ability to stand, stoop, kneel, and work in confined spaces.

Ability to climb ladders/step stools and reach overhead.

Work in a non-dust-free environment with normal/corrected vision.

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
