Summary:

Perform touch-up soldering on SMT assemblies following reflow.

Conduct visual inspections using microscopes and AOI equipment to identify solder defects.

Identify and correct issues such as bridging, insufficient solder, and misalignment.

Ensure all work meets quality standards and customer requirements.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of SMT touch-up experience after solder reflow.

Strong soldering and rework skills.

Ability to identify defects using microscopes and inspection equipment (AOI).

High attention to detail and quality.

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
