Pay Rate starting at : $16.21 and up per hour (DOE)
PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the aviation industry to hire a dedicated Customer Support Manager who thrives in fast-paced, customer-focused environments. In this role, you’ll serve as a critical link between customers, suppliers, and internal teams—ensuring seamless communication, timely delivery of spare parts, and exceptional service experiences.
Your ability to coordinate, problem-solve, and communicate effectively will directly impact customer satisfaction and operational success.
Take ownership of the customer experience by:
Coordinating responses to customer inquiries related to spare parts and service needs
Facilitating resolution of delivery issues and ensuring timely order fulfillment
Collecting, processing, and managing supplier and customer data related to orders and services
Entering, tracking, and monitoring customer orders, materials, and delivery requirements
Coordinating returns and ensuring proper documentation and follow-through
Communicating proactively with customers and internal stakeholders to provide updates and solutions
Supporting continuous improvement in customer service processes and response times
Required Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, order coordination, or support roles
Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Basic computer proficiency and experience with data entry or order tracking systems
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in aviation, manufacturing, or supply chain environments
Familiarity with spare parts logistics or order fulfillment processes
Proven ability to resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
