Chipton-Ross is seeking an SMT Operator for a contract opportunity in Oldsmar, FL.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE): •Ability to identify solder defects with the use of microscope and other equipment such as AOI. Minimum of 2 years experience working with SMT touch up after solder re-flow.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: •Seeking a detail-oriented technician with strong soldering skills to join our Surface-Mount Technology (SMT) production line. •The primary responsibility is performing touch-up soldering and visual inspection of SMT assemblies to ensure conformance with quality standards and customer specifications.
REQUIRED EDUCATION: •Accredited HSD/GED
WORK HOURS: •Full-Time •4/10 work schedule •1st Shift •5AM-3:30PM EST
