PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the aviation industry to hire a detail-driven Supply Chain Technical Coordinator. In this hands-on role, you’ll support critical supply chain operations—from receiving and logistics to material movement and data tracking—ensuring the right parts are in the right place at the right time. Your work will directly support the production and delivery of advanced aerospace systems.

What You’ll Do

As a key member of the supply chain team, you will:

• Support multiple supply chain functions including logistics, manufacturing, and business operations
• Receive, store, move, and ship materials and equipment across the facility
• Verify quantities, weights, and material compliance with specifications
• Prepare shipping documentation, including bills of lading and material records
• Pull, assemble, and deliver kits to the shop floor according to production schedules
• Utilize SAP S/4 systems for goods receiving and issuing transactions
• Perform both manual and clerical duties using equipment such as hand trucks, forklifts, and company systems
• Maintain accurate inventory and transaction records using MS 365 tools and internal applications
• Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operations

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent, plus 1+ year of related education and/or experience
• Experience using Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with SAP S/4 Goods Issuing and Receiving processes
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across teams
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and perform physical tasks as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced experience with SAP S/4 transactions
• Ability to read and interpret Stores Pick Tickets
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
• Understanding of supply chain processes and workflows
• Forklift or reach lift experience
