PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the aviation industry to hire a dynamic Program Management professional ready to take ownership of high-visibility aerospace programs. In this role, you’ll lead cross-functional teams through complex challenges, ensuring program success from concept to delivery while building the experience needed to advance into senior leadership roles.

What You’ll Do

As a Program Management professional, you’ll be at the center of execution, strategy, and collaboration:

• Lead or support sustaining program activities including delivery assurance, obsolescence management, inventory optimization, and AOG support
• Develop and manage program plans, schedules, and milestones with minimal oversight
• Monitor program performance to ensure compliance with contract requirements, cost targets, and quality standards
• Serve as a key interface with customers, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction
• Drive corrective actions and recovery plans to address risks and challenges
• Support business development efforts with program management insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align staffing, resources, and program objectives
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality
• Support all phases of the program lifecycle—from development through production and product launch

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of program or project management experience (or 14 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree)
• Proven ability to lead projects and work cross-functionally in complex environments
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, including customer-facing experience
• This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.                                               
   

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical degree or 2-year business degree
• Program Management Institute certification (PMP, CAPM, etc.)
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Gantt charts)
• Familiarity with SAP ERP systems
