PAY RATE: $57.50/hour

Summary:
Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes and production planning
Review build flows with engineering teams to ensure producibility
Create and maintain work instructions
Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues to improve quality and efficiency
Lead continuous improvement initiatives (waste reduction, cycle time, performance)
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Requirements:
Active Secret clearance (required post-start)
8+ years of experience in manufacturing planning and production support
Experience with CAD and manufacturing simulation tools
Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
Ability to interpret and enforce:
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
Preferred Qualifications:
STEM-focused Associate s degree
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Competency in:
Model-Based Design
Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)
MESci or similar manufacturing systems
MRP systems (e.g., CompassContract)
