PAY RATE: $41.25/hour

Summary:
Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes and production planning
Collaborate with manufacturing engineering teams to review build flows and ensure producibility
Create and maintain manufacturing work instructions
Identify and resolve manufacturing issues to improve:
Product quality
Production efficiency
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to:
Ensure compliance with:
Safety standards
Quality standards
Regulatory requirements
Requirements:
Secret clearance (required after start)
3+ years of experience in manufacturing planning and production support
Experience with:
Strong skills in:
Problem-solving
Communication
Project management
Ability to:
Read and interpret engineering drawings
Follow and enforce standardized manufacturing processes
Work with work instructions and process procedures
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
Preferred Qualifications:
STEM-focused Associate s degree
Strong communication and collaboration skills, including presenting technical concepts to diverse audiences
Competency in:
Model-Based Design
Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
MESci or similar manufacturing systems
Material Resource Planning (MRP) systems (e.g., CompassContract)
