PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the aviation industry to find a results-driven Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the full-cycle recruiting process—connecting top talent to critical roles across Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality functions. Your work will directly impact the teams building and sustaining cutting-edge aerospace solutions.
What You’ll Do
As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will:
Manage full life cycle recruiting for high-volume, non-exempt roles
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and craft compelling job descriptions
Source, identify, and engage diverse, high-quality candidates using multiple recruiting channels
Screen resumes and assess candidate qualifications against role requirements
Coordinate and support hiring events and recruiting initiatives
Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience through clear, timely communication
Collaborate with HR partners on compensation, compliance, and onboarding processes
Maintain accurate, real-time data in applicant tracking systems
Build and sustain talent pipelines through networking and outreach strategies
Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations (OFCCP/EEOC)
Support interview scheduling and logistics as needed
Contribute to TA projects, mentorship, and enterprise-wide initiatives
What You Bring
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of recruiting experience OR
High school diploma/GED with 6+ years of equivalent experience
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Strong relationship-building skills with candidates and hiring managers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High sense of urgency and accountability
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently with exceptional time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Workday ATS
Experience with Indeed sourcing tools
Background in high-volume recruiting (operations, supply chain, or quality roles)
Experience in aerospace or automotive industries
Experience coordinating hiring events or recruitment campaigns
Exposure to community outreach and employment branding initiatives

Pay Details: $49.11 per hour
